Our mission is to advance information security in local communities throughout the Northland, Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato and the Gisborne areas of New Zealand by providing our members and other security professionals with the opportunity to share knowledge, grow professionally, educate others, and collaborate on projects.

Auckland Chapter Membership
Our members consist of (ISC)² currently credentialed professionals who hold either a CISSP and\or SSCP, CAP, CSSLP, CCFP, CCSP or an advanced concentration of a certification. We also welcome professionals who are currently seeking (ISC)² certifications and those intending to seek (ISC)² certifications.
Our chapter programmes are focused on sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas among security professionals within our local service area. Ultimately, we want to advance the field of information security by educating practitioners and the public at large on how to protect and defend against security threats.
